Event - Spreading and sustaining best practice in improving patient and carer experience

The Patient Experience team at the Health Innovation network are organising an interactive workshop which will focus on improving the experience of people who use health and social care services.

At the event we will share the latest thinking and practical ways to spread and adopt innovations and will have a range of key speakers including the NHS England Insight Team.

The main aims of the event is to:

  • Share experience improvement stories
  • Learn what other organisations across south London are doing to improve patient experience
  • Learn how to effectively adopt new innovations locally.

If you work in a role to improve patient experience in a south London organisation, this workshop will help you to share powerful and persuasive stories of improvement that convince people to embrace change.

Places are very limited due to the interactive nature of this workshop, so please reserve your free place as soon as possible here

Are you aware of any interesting approaches that have improved patient experience? Have you experienced a new approach to working with patients, service users and/or families in service design and delivery?

If you have some exciting and new ways of improving patient experience you might like to share at this event please get in touch:  ali.winstanley@nhs.net

You are welcome to forward the invitation on to any colleagues and service user representatives who you feel would benefit from being involved.

Please note that while this event is free to attend there are limited places and a cost to running the event, so please only book onto this if you are fully committed to attending. Any cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event will be charged £50 for their place.
